As everyone knows,stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid the pace of modern life continues to increase,we are always feeling on the go from morning till it is hard to slow seems to us that everyone around us is efore,whatever one does,he feels under stress all the is clear that stress has much to do with the life in a competitive society.

Different people,however,think of stress quite believe that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to are of the opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and to give purpose to rs argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline and hence endangers his rding to them,relaxation,the opposite of stress,is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Personally,I’m in favor of the former view.I think it is impossible to avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he my opinion,it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor performance and ill health.

隨着現代生活的快是,越來越多的人的速度都受到很大的`壓力的生活。

有些人不怕壓力。他們認爲,壓力和工作壓力剝奪他們的喜悅和幸福。他們認爲,強調不傷害他們的身心。這就是爲什麼他們喜歡的東西失去競爭力而艱鉅的東西更要求和挑戰。

我認爲,我們不應該逃避,而是面對壓力,因爲這是它。我們所能做的是適應的壓力,並從中獲利,而不是避開它。
