最近，我發現我們班生病的'同學特別多。

Recently, I found that there are many sick students in our class.

就在上週五放學的時候，我還看到孟小可，可是到了週六，阿姨打過來電話着急地說：”孟小可生病了。”後來阿姨帶着孟小可去了醫院。醫生給他抽了血才知道他得了流感。所以醫生說：“最近生病的孩子是因爲天氣乾燥，喝水太少。”

Just last Friday after school, I saw Meng Xiaoke, but on Saturday, my aunt called and said anxiously, "Meng Xiaoke is ill." Later, my aunt took Meng Xiaoke to the hospital. The doctor took his blood to know that he had the flu. So the doctor said, "the recent sick child is because of the dry weather and too little water."

我想：怎樣才能打敗細菌，少生病呢？我認爲，我們每天如果上午喝兩杯水，下午喝一杯水，這樣就可以得到一個小積分卡。

I think: how can we defeat bacteria and get sick less? I think if we drink two glasses of water in the morning and one in the afternoon every day, we can get a small scorecard.

最後，我還要提醒大家：最近要多喝水，按時休息，清淡飲食。我們要當一個保護身體的小哨兵。
